[Junior CTF 2016] CRYPTO 200p HERE GOES.

In this challenge, we have a picture. I had thought it’s a Egypt cipher because these triangle and it not work. Lately, I checked  Does Gravity Falls cartoon have any cipher? And It work. Here is it:

I used that picture as a reference and translated decoded the picture.
